Our Location
Freehold Theatre is located at 517 Maynard Ave S in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District, on Maynard Avenue South between King and Weller. Look for the red door! We also have a wheelchair accessible entrance around the corner, through the parking lot at 612 S Weller St, beneath our mural by Shogo Ota.

Driving Directions
From North via Interstate 5
- On I-5 South toward Seattle
- Take the Maynard Ave S exit, EXIT 164
- Turn right onto S Dearborn St.
- Turn right onto Maynard Ave.
- 517 MAYNARD AVE is on the left.
From South via Interstate 5
- On I-5 N toward Seattle.
- Take the Dearborn St. exit, EXIT 164A
- Follow signs for S Dearborn St.
- Turn left onto S Dearborn St.
- Turn right onto Maynard Ave S.
- 517 MAYNARD AVE S is on the left.
From East via Interstate 90
- On I-90 W toward Seattle.
- Take exit 3B for Rainier Ave S.
- Use left two lanes to turn left onto S Dearborn St.
- Turn right onto Maynard Ave S.
- 517 MAYNARD AVE S is on the left.

Metered street parking is also available around Freehold. The meters are in effect until 8pm, Monday – Saturday. Street parking is free on Sunday and holidays and after 8pm. This is subject to change so PLEASE READ THE SIGNS.
